Here’s a good way to walk yourself thru today’s challenge.
P – Pause to Reflect: Take a moment to step back from your busy day. This is your time to focus on you and only you.
R – Recognize Your Strengths: Think about the qualities that make you unique and strong. It could be your resilience, your kindness, or even your sense of humor.
A – Affirm Your Qualities: Once you’ve identified your strengths, affirm them. Write them down. For example, “I am resilient,” or “I am kind.”
I – Internalize the Positivity: Let these affirmations sink in. Imagine them filling you up with a warm, glowing light, driving out any negativity.
S – Speak It Out Loud: There’s power in vocalizing your thoughts. Say your affirmations out loud to make them feel more real and impactful. (remember, we talked all about that on Day 1)
E – Embrace Self-Love: This is the ultimate goal. Hold onto these positive thoughts and let them uplift you. By recognizing and affirming your qualities, you’re practicing self-love, which is essential for your well-being and happiness.
