Treat Yourself to a Mini Self-Care Ritual ππ
Today’s challenge might require a smidge of pre-planning and is probably best done later in the day, maybe even once you get home. But here’s the fun part: You get to look forward to it all day! π
Think about a self-care activity that you can treat yourself to for just 10-20 minutes.
It could be anything that makes you feel pampered and relaxed.
- 5-minute meditationΒ
- Quick face maskΒ
- A cup of herbal teaΒ
- A short walk outsideΒ
- Listen to a favorite songΒ
- Aromatherapy sessionΒ
- Quick journalingΒ
Really, even just taking 10 minutes to slather some lotion on your hands and massage it in, If you do it with heart and focus on the moment, you’ve giving yourself some self-care.
